Tyler worked as a foreman for a few construction companies before he decided the construction world was his passion. He always knew he wanted to be his own boss and set his own hours, but it wasn’t until he worked for other construction companies that he knew he wanted to create a loyal culture, build a customer-oriented brand, and invest in a hardworking, talented team.
In 2007, he took the leap and started Connor Construction with a box van and single set of tools his parents helped him purchase. Throughout the years, he has educated himself on the trends of the construction world and became knowledgeable in construction concepts and principles. This is where he found his niche in the roofing and siding aspect of the construction industry. Today, he manages three to four crews of employees and completes over 100+ roofs and siding projects per year.
Tyler and his team continually find the best methods possible to complete exceptional construction projects and pride themselves on professionalism, workmanship, and communication. Tyler and his team enjoy working with the customers to make their visions become reality.
